We would like to introduce a case where an analog meter visualization service was implemented in the manufacturing line of grinding films. Although the differential pressure gauge was inspected with the minimum necessary personnel, there were cases where it became a post-incident response during abnormalities, making the streamlining of inspections and early detection of anomalies a challenge. In response, a camera was installed on the differential pressure gauge in the clean room. We would like to introduce a case where an analog meter visualization service was implemented for the differential pressure gauge of an exhaust filter in a suction-type powder and granular material transport system. Workers needed to understand the cleaning and replacement timing of the exhaust filter through several daily inspections of the differential pressure gauge. The decision on whether maintenance was needed relied on the workers' experience and know-how, leading to challenges in improving efficiency and eliminating dependency on specific individuals. To address this, a camera was installed on the differential pressure gauge of the exhaust filter. Remote monitoring is possible in combination with a differential pressure switch! Here are examples of accurately understanding capacity reduction.

There was a challenge where "the filter's clogging detection function is absent, making it impossible to identify performance degradation." Therefore, we managed the appropriate clogging values of the filter using a differential pressure gauge. Equipment that was faulty or damaged was repaired or replaced with new ones. The testo 512-1 is a differential pressure gauge equipped with a high-precision differential pressure sensor. It is ideal for measuring inter-room differential pressure in clean rooms, checking negative pressure during asbestos removal work, and inspecting pressure in combustion equipment.
